RETIRED, but not
forgotten...
We owe these dogs
a world of thanks for
being an important part of our program!

| Sherman is the 4th Gozalkowski child! So sweet! |
|
|
Dog Bluff SHERMAN of Nunley was our first Oldie stud. He brought our program into the Oldie world with
STYLE. He produced excellent puppies, built with athletic, broad-bodied structure, and plenty of bully traits.
Sherman now lives with our cousins, Matt & Amy
(& kids) in KY, and has no difficulty being an "Army Brat." Matt,
THANK YOU for serving our country. We love you, and we thank God that you made it home safely. So glad you are
with your family now!!!

| Clyde's forever home is with the ZENO's of NJ |

|
| It was a pleasure to finally meet the Zeno's in person! |

| "Bonnie" will be Clyde's canine buddy in the Zeno home. |
DOG
BLUFF CLYDE is a GENERATIONAL Olde English Bulldog stud, born & raised right here at Dog Bluff (sired by Sherman). From the moment Clyde was born, we knew he would be a special dog. We were correct
- Clyde is about as "perfect" as an Oldie stud can be. He
has the build, structure, temperament and overall "look" that we strive for in our program; he sired several beautiful
litters for us and for a few other approved programs. Clyde loves EVERYONE he meets, and sports a loving attitude. He
is happiest when being petted by his humans. WE WILL MISS THIS BOY, as he has done wonders for our program and takes
a huge piece of our hearts up north with him. Clyde was
adopted by the ZENO Family of New Jersey quite a while before we would even retire him. The Zeno's drove all the
way to South Carolina to pick Clyde up, and for that we thank them tremendously. Clyde will be spreading a bit
of southern charm up there in NJ... we hope his new friends (humans and canines alike) can understand his southern drawl!

Dog Bluff
TADER of Blue Ridge, Virginia: We adopted TADER from Doug & Alesia Gowen as a darling little pup, and
he sired a few beautiful litters for us at Dog Bluff. (See his "kids" on our Produced page.) Tader sports all the traits we look for in a Dog Bluff stud: Big/Bully head piece, wide chest, broad body
from front to back, thick bone structure, and a very loving, playful temperament. When we started "downsizing" our program,
we knew Tader would have to be placed as the "only dog" because he just needs to be the king of his home. Our friends
Juan & Lisa of Summerville, SC came to visit on 12/22/11; when they left our home, Tader was in their
back seat! We are thrilled for Tader because he will now be the "only dog" and he is an inside pet, pampered and loved
completely. Many thanks to Juan and Lisa for opening their home to 90 pounds of pure muscle and love in this special
boy.

SERENA raised three absolutely beautiful
Oldie litters. View them on our "produced" page. Serena is an outgoing, playful, broad-built girl with a HUGE
personality! She retired in March, 2011 after raising her babies. Serena was reserved by her FOREVER FAMILY long
before she was even bred for her last planned litter. The Howes family of Illinois drove all the way here to come get
their new canine child. Serena has it made in her new home, as the ONLY DOG, and sleeps in the bed with her teenage
human brother. Thank you, Howes family, for giving Serena such a loving & perfect home!

| Puddin, loving our niece, Chelsea |
|
|
| (Photo taken the night of Puddin's spay surgery) |
"Puddin" is Dog Bluff born
& raised, and her sire is SHERMAN (note, the clone looks of father/daughter)! Puddin gave us one beautiful litter
of Oldie babies. Some dogs don't love motherhood, and Puddin was one of them. So, she got to retire really "early,"
and has been adopted by a family in Charleston, SC. Puddin received lots of lovin' after her spay surgery... our nieces
love to visit, because there's always a dog or two in the house!
-------------------------------------------
BOO gave us two precious litters of Oldie
babies; view them on our "produced" page. Boo's puppies are smaller-built, but are still great examples
of the Oldie breed. Boo puppies have one very big trait in common - PERSONALITY, with clown-like tendencies... and they
can also be a tiny bit stubborn when they don't want to go outside in harsh weather to potty! We are thankful for
this sweet girl and for making several families happy with her puppies. Boo's forever family are the McPherson's
of North Carolina. Boo is happy to be the ONLY DOG, and we hear that her family trained very easily!
She might be a tiny bit spoiled... The McPherson's visited with us while Boo was pregnant with her 2nd/last
litter, just to meet their newest family member. It was a perfect fit, as we like to see in our retiree
adoptions.
---------------------------------------
Sometimes we have females that for "whatever" reason, are not able to breed
& raise puppies. "Dumplin" is one of those dogs, and we recently
allowed Chris to adopt Dumplin as his new buddy. Chris has provided Dumplin with a "dream life" environment with long
nature walks, opportunities to swim anytime she wants to, and a totally inside home. Needless to say, Dumplin doesn't
even miss us!

How do I obtain a Dog Bluff "RETIREE?"
When placing our RETIREES,
we screen families just as carefully as we do for young puppies. The #1 requirement is that our Retiree be spayed/neutered within 1 month of adoption into the new home. This allows for BONDING
time between the dog and the new family, as the dog will be dependent upon its Forever Family for comfort after the surgery. Prior to adoption approval, Angela reserves the right to a telephone interview with your
veterinarian to make sure your vet is familiar with the Olde English breed, etc.
Advantages of Adopting a Retiree:
House-trained, Maintenance-Free,
Up to date on ALL health care, Protected against heartworms / fleas / ticks, wormed regularly, VERY socialized with people
and other dogs, and a Retiree is PAST all of the puppy worries.
ADOPTION "CONDITIONS"
for our Retirees:
* Must be SPAYED/NEUTERED within
1 month of adoption. No exceptions to this rule. If spayed / neutered before leaving Dog Bluff, the adoptive
family is responsible for all costs relating to the surgery.
PLEASE NOTE: If adoptive family requests that
we have the dog spayed/neutered, WE WILL ONLY USE OUR VETERINARIAN.
* Cats are NOT SAFE.
Our dogs are not raised with cats, so we cannot guarantee the outcome of placing a Dog Bluff adult dog with your cat.
* Must be an INSIDE HOME.
Our dogs are doggie-door house-trained. If a doggie-door is not an option, our retirees adapt very well to
"normal" house-training. We get no complaints on this issue. We require that you offer plenty of outside
play/exercise time, for our retirees to maintain excellent health.
* We PREFER our
Retiree to be the ONLY DOG in the home. We will consider homes with 1 canine companion
of the opposite sex, depending on its breed, age, and temperament. Circumstances must be ideal if adult bullies
are to live in harmony.
